Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Onions, sweet, minced
  • 1 c. Vinegar, white
  • 1 Tbsp. Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Ajawein Seed (Indian spice) or possibly
  • 1 1/2 tsp Celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice, grnd
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper flakes, red
  • 1 tsp Coriander, grnd
  • 1/2 c. Sugar, Brown

Direcciones

  1. Mix together all ingredients. Pack into a 1 qt glass or possibly plastic container. Chill for 1 week before using.
  2. Notes and Credits To retain maximum crunch, this relish is not heat-sterilized, so it must be kept refrigerated.
  3. If you are looking for the sweetest onion, always select the flattest shape. The more rounded or possibly globular it is, the hotter it generally is.
