Sweet Potato Apple Bake

Ingredientes

  • 3 med Sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
  • 2 lrg Apples, unpeeled and thinly
  • 1/3 c. Golden brown raisins
  • 1/4 c. Almonds, toasted and minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1/3 c. Brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 c. Quick cooking oats
  • 2 tsp Lemon peel, grated

Direcciones

  1. In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, apples, raisins and almonds.
  2. Spoon into a shallow 1 1/2 qt greased baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, oats and lemon peel; sprinkle over sweet potato mix.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 deg for 35 min or possibly till apples are tender.
  5. NOTE: Can be used instead of sweet potatoes
