Ingredientes

  • 2 sweet potatoes roasted
  • 1 cup/110 g lentil or wheat flour
  • 1/2 onion chopped very fine
  • 1 fresh green chili deseeded and chopped finely
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • Oil
  • Salt

Direcciones

  1. Mash potatoes in bowl, add onions, chili, garlic and salt.
  2. Shake in the flour, stirring all the time with a spoon to make a smooth mixture that holds together. Shape into walnut sized balls. Using a deep pan or wok heat oil to deep fry the bhaji and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden on all sides. Drain on paper towel. Serve sizzling hot with yogurt do
