Ingredientes

  • 7 c. Cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Butter
  • 2 x Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 c. Melted butter
  • 1 c. Light brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Minced pecans

Direcciones

  1. Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, 3/4 c. butter, Large eggs, lowfat milk and vanilla.
  2. Blend in mixer till creamy. Combine brown sugar annd flour; add in melted butter; add in pecans. Place sweet potato mix in large casserole. Cover with brown sugar mix. Bake at 350 till heated thoroughly.
