Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. sweet potatoes cook/mash
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine softene
  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 c. sugar white or possibly brown
  • 1 1/2 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  •     ds cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 x 9 inch pie shell unbaked

Direcciones

  1. Blend sweet potatoes with butter. Add in Large eggs, sugar, nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in lowfat milk. Let stand overnight in refrigerator to set slightly. Turn into pastry shell adn bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs. Cold.
