Swiss Baked Stuffed Mushroom

Ingredientes

  • 8 lrg Fresh mushrooms, up to 10
  • 1 can Small shrimp, liquid removed
  • 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise, up to 2
  • 1/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded

Direcciones

  1. Cut the stems of the mushrooms and scoop out the centres. Finely chop stems and centres.
  2. Combine the crab meat and Mayonnaise
  3. Add in whatever seasonings you like (I use "Healthy pinch of Herbs") to taste.
  4. Add minced stems and centres. Add cheese. Stuff into mushroom c. and place under the broiler for 5-7 min.
