Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. (3/4 c.) All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp (2 tsp) Salt
  •     ds (1/4 tsp) Black pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb (3 lbs) Round steak, 3/4" thick
  • 3 Tbsp. (6 TBS) Fat
  • 1 x (2) 10 ounce. bottles Pickled onions
  • 3/4 c. (1 1/2 c.) Pickled onion juice

Direcciones

  1. NOTE: ingredients listed are for 4 servings (4 Quart. cooker), those in parenthesis () are for 8 servings (6 Quart cooker).
  2. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut steak into individual servings. Lb. as much of the dry ingredients as possible into the steak.
  4. Brown in warm fat in cooker. Add in onions and liquid. Cover, set control and cook for 25 min after control jiggles.
  5. Cold cooker normally for 5 min, then place under faucet.
  6. NOTE: The pressure cookers differ in how their control will react when it is brought to pressure. The Mirromatic control jiggles, or possibly rocks, while another may give an intermittent hiss. You should know how your control should react when pressure is achieved. (Trish)
