Ingredientes

  • 1 bag (16oz.) frzn broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and liquid removed
  • 1 bag (16 ounce.) frzn Southern style hash browns or possibly O'Brien potatoes
  • 2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided
  • 2/3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 jar (4 ounce.) minced pimiento, liquid removed
  • 1 lrg can French fried onions

Direcciones

  1. Combine vegetables, potatoes, soup, 1 c. cheese, lowfat sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can onions. Pour into a 2-qt casserole. Bake covered, at 350* for 45 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 min longer. 12 servings
  2. (note: vegetables and potatoes may be thawed or possibly softened in the microwave before putting in casserole.)
