Ingredientes

  • 1 (16 ounce.) bag frzn broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower combination, thawed and liquid removed
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (4 ounce.) jar minced pimentos, liquid removed (optional)
  • 1 (2.8 ounce.) can Durkee French fried onions.

Direcciones

  1. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 c. cheese, lowfat sour cream, pepper, pimento, and 1/2 can Durkee onions. Pour into a 1 qt casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 min longer. Makes 6 servings.
  2. Microwave Directions: Cook, covered, on high 8 min. Turn 1/2 way through top with remaining cheese and onions, uncovered, 1 minute on high.
