1 1/2 to 2 swordfish steaks, about 1 inch thick
tips: Shark can be substituted for swordfish if desired.

- (1)place swordfish in a shallow glass dish
- (2)cobine the olive oil,lemon juice,oregano,garlic and salt if used,and white pepper
- (3)pour marinade over swordfish.cover.refridgerate 4 hours or over night
- (4)prepare charcole fire
- (5)when coals are ready grill fish for 8 - 10 minutes on each side.baste with marinade while cooking
