Ingredientes

  • 4 x swordfish steaks - (6 to 8 ounce ea)
  • 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise see * Note
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream see * Note
  • 1/2 c. horseradish
  • 1 dsh Worcestershire sauce

Direcciones

  1. Note: You may substitute low fat or possibly fat free mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream to reduce calories and fat.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
  3. Lay swordfish in a baking dish and cover with horseradish sauce. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20 min. Serve with vegetables.
