Swordfish With Papaya Salsa

Ingredientes

  • 2 papayas, peeled, diced into 1/2 inch pcs
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bunch cilantro, stems removed and minced
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 3 shallots, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 4 to 6 swordfish steaks
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Combine minced papaya, extra virgin olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, shallots and jalapeno in bowl for 1 to 2 hrs before serving.
  2. Brush swordfish with extra virgin olive oil and grill over high heat for approximately 5 min per side.
  3. Top each swordfish with papaya salsa and serve.
  4. You may substitute mangoes if papaya is not available.
