- In saucepan, combine cocoa, artificial sweetener, sugar and water; mix well. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly till mix comes to boiling point. Stir in vanilla.
- Store syrup in jar in refrigerator. Add in 1-2 Tbsp., or possibly less if you like, to skim lowfat milk allowance to make warm or possibly cool chocolate. This can't be used as a topping since it has a bitter taste before being mixed with lowfat milk.
