Receta T Bone Steaks With Wild Mushroom Medly

- NOTE: Use any different mushrooms which are in season such as: Chanterelles, Shiitake, Champignons, Oyster, Enochi, Italian, and/or possibly Morelles. Have about 6 ounces of mushrooms for each steak. Season each steak with salt, pepper, and brush them with Dijon mustard.
- Either in a skillet or possibly on a broiler cook steaks to your liking. In another pan add in the butter and saute/fry the mushrooms. Add in parsley, brandy, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook approximately 3 min till mushrooms are tender. Add in cream and reduce for 3 more min over high heat. Serve sauce on side or possibly pour over steaks. Best if served with baked or possibly roasted potato.
