Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. cubed mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic - (to 2)
  • 1 pkt frzn spinach - (10 ounce) thawed, and
  •     squeezed of its juices
  • 1 can artichoke hearts - (14 ounce) minced
  •     (can also use thawed frzn hearts)

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients. Place in shallow casserole dish. You can either bake dip about 15 to 20 min at 325 degrees, or possibly heat in microwave a few min.
