Receta Tabanero-Buttered Shrimp
by Marlene Baird

Some nights I feel like coming home from work and doing nothing, absolutely nothing. Some nights I want to experiment in the kitchen and get creative.

For kicks I decided to whip up some butter and spice it up a bit and then saute something, anything, shrimp even.

The result of the experiment is this Tabanero-buttered shrimp recipe.

Serves: 4

Whip butter with Tabanero sauce and melt in skillet.

Sauté minced garlic about 2 minutes in the butter tabanero mix.

Toss in shrimp and cook until pink on both sides about 4 minutes

Just before they’re done, add lemon zest and mint and parsley and let them wilt.

Serve em up.

3 PP per serving (about 4 large shrimp)

If you have never heard of Tabanero then you don’t know what you’re missing. It’s one of the best hot sauces with all natural ingredients our there.

You can adjust the spice by adding one tablespoon at a time and testing the flavor.

I added two tablespoons and it was hot.

This Tablanero-Buttered Shrimp is super easy to make and is done in no time at all.

If you don’t like spice, think of all the other possibilities you can add to this simple recipe.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
