Ingredientes

  • 1 c. bulgar wheat, uncooked
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley
  • 1/4 c. minced mint or possibly 2 tbsp. dry
  • 4 green onions, minced
  • 2 med. tomatoes, minced
  • 16 ounce. can chick peas
  • 4 ounce. feta cheese, broken into large chunks
  • Sm. can black olives
  • Cucumber, diced (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Pour boiling water over bulgar in large bowl. Let stand 1 hour. Drain well in colander and return to bowl. Add in remaining ingredients and dressing and blend well.
