- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. sage, finely chopped
- ½ cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 oz. Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/8 cup half and half
- Garnish:
- 10 toasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 2 tsp. parmesan cheese
