- Combine bulgur wheat, boiling water and salt in large bowl. Cover and let stand 15-20 min. Add in lemon juice, garlic, oil and mint; mix thoroughly. Chill 2-3 hrs or possibly overnight. Just before serving add in vegetables and black pepper; mix gently. Garnish with feta cheese and black olives.
