Taco Macaroni Salad

My friend's daughter brought this dish while my son was doing some carpenter work at her house. I arrived just in time for a sample, just great! She named the ingredients and I have prepared it many times including taking a pan to work for our Christmas meal. There was none left.

Va Bien Con: Tortilla Chips

Ingredientes

  • 3 boxes 3 cheese macaroni and cheese dinner mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 lbs. ground beef, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
  • 1 16 oz. jar salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Prepare macaroni and cheese mixes according to pkg. directions.
  2. Add the sour cream to the macaroni and cheese mix.
  3. Cook and crumble ground beef in a skillet. Add pkg of taco seasoning to cooked ground beef and stir well.
  4. In a 13x9 in. pan, layer the macaroni mix, the beef mix, and shredded cheddar cheese two times.
  5. Put in 350 deg. preheated oven until cheese bubbles.
  6. Remove from oven and serve.
