Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce can refried beans
  • 1 pkt. taco seasoning mix
  • 6 green onions (or possibly to taste)
  • 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
  • 1 head lettuce, finely shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, diced and liquid removed
  • 16 ounce Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Black olives, sliced (just sufficient to add in color)
  • Taco chips

Direcciones

  1. Mix beans and seasoning together and spread in the bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan or possibly the equivalent of plates or possibly serving platters. Spread lowfat sour cream and onions over this then layer remaining ingredients in order. Then dip chips in and enjoy!
