Ingredientes

  •     flour tortillas
  •     extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 can garbanzo beans, liquid removed**
  •     diced fresh or possibly cooked vegetables of your choice
  •     olives, pickles, cheese chunks, radishes, etc....
  •     salsa
  •     minced lettuce or possibly cabbage
  •     shredded cheese

Direcciones

  1. Lightly brush flour tortillas with extra virgin olive oil. Place in tortilla basket; bake in 325F oven for 10 min or possibly till shell is crispy and starting to brown. Remove to a plate and pile on the goodies, ending with salsa, lettuce and shredded cheese.
  2. Sorry, but to me, a taco salad has to have some meat. I add in either left-over fajitas, or possibly grnd beef, minced chicken, etc. instead of the beans. YOUR choice.
