Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef, pork or possibly turkey
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 3/4 c. picante sauce (PACE is wonderful)
  • 1 teaspoon grnd cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat with onion and garlic; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients; simmer 5 min or possibly till most of the liquid has evaporated. Serve as a filling for tacos, tostadas or possibly burritos. Makes 8 servings. Can be made ahead and refrigerated or possibly frzn and reheated.
