Receta Tahini, Hummus and Pita Pizza; Say What!?!
Ingredientes
- 3 cups sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 (16 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 2/3 cup Tahini sauce (or 1/4 cup if using a Tahini paste)
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup Hummus (traditional or flavored), 1/8 cup for smaller pita
