- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir tahini and honey together. Add in the nuts, then the oatmeal sprinkled with cinnamon, and mix to blend ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 325F (160C) or possibly gas mark

- Drop the batter by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or possibly greased with a few drops of liquid lecithin and oil. Bake for 10 to 12 min.
