Ingredientes

  • 6 Tbsp. tahini
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts
  • 1 c. rolled oats

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir tahini and honey together. Add in the nuts, then the oatmeal sprinkled with cinnamon, and mix to blend ingredients.
  2. Preheat oven to 325F (160C) or possibly gas mark

  4. Drop the batter by teaspoonfuls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or possibly greased with a few drops of liquid lecithin and oil. Bake for 10 to 12 min.
  5. YIELD: 30 to 36 cookies. Approximately 41 cals; 1.7g fat (36%), 0
