There are 2 method of preparing the mussels; either you include the shells or remove the meat from the shells and mix it with the vegetables. To cook tahong with young corn and malunggay; Sauté garlic, onion and corn. Add water and cook until corn is almost tender. Season with salt. Bring to a boil and add tahong. Cook 10 minutes. Add malunggay leaves and cook 5 minutes longer. Serve hot.
