- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 3/4 tsp Kashmiri chili
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 and 1/2 Tbs vegetable oil, I use coconut oil
- 2 Tbs fresh cilantro, chopped
