Ingredientes

  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c. honey or possibly molasses
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Fold quickly wet and dry together, just till flour is moistened. Spoon into greased muffin tin. Bake at 400 for about 20 min. This recipe is suitable for a number of variations, depending on taste.
