%20You%20have%20really%20a%20good%20heart;%20in%20fact%20tell%20you%20guys%20about%20Rafeeda,%20i%20have%20found%20her%20a%20multi%20talented%20lady,%20she%20knows%20just%20everything..%20Her%20cakes%20are%20just%20out%20of%20this%20world,%20I%20love%20her%20baking%20and%20Indian%20cooking%20so%20much.%20Probably%20everything%20is%20so%20loved%20by%20me,%20and%20the%20presentation%20is%20just%20mind%20blowing.%20She%20has%20a%20wonderful%20and%20a%20vast%20collection%20of%20recipes%20with%20so%20many%20different%20categories.%20I%20used%20to%20enjoy%20reading%20her%20posts,%20seriously%20admires%20the%20way%20she%20write,%20by%20mentioning%20some%20of%20religious%20sayings,%20some%20useful%20and%20healthy%20life%20quote.%20Her%20kids%20are%20mashAllah%20so%20lucky%20for%20having%20such%20a%20caring%20Mom.%20She%20is%20so%20soft%20in%20nature%20and%20friendly%20as%20well,%20when%20I%20requested%20her%20about%20the%20Guest%20Post,%20she%20replied%20me%20politely%20I%20will%20go%20something%20different%20for%20your%20blog.%20I%20am%20so%20fond%20of%20traditional%20Indian%20cooking,%20she%20has%20selected%20a%20loveliest%20recipe%20I%20must%20say..%20Lets%20move%20to%20Rafeeda%20she%20wants%20to%20share%20something%20special%20to%20us;%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%22Monu%20is%20one%20of%20the%20sweetest%20bloggers%20I%20have%20come%20to%20know%20of%20late.%20One%20thing%20I%20love%20about%20her%20is%20that%20she%20never%20hesitates%20to%20leave%20her%20long%20lovely%20comments%20on%20each%20and%20every%20post%20that%20she%20reads%20of%20mine,%20filled%20in%20with%20plenty%20of%20smilies%E2%80%A6%20which%20is%20enough%20to%20pep%20up%20anybody%E2%80%99s%20bad%20day%20for%20sure!%20I%20find%20her%20to%20be%20really%20zesty%20and%20outgoing,%20always%20ready%20to%20bring%20a%20smile%20on%20the%20face%20of%20the%20person%20she%20is%20interacting%20with.%20It%20is%20a%20huge%20pleasure%20for%20me%20to%20be%20here%20on%20her%20lovely%20little%20space.%20I%20literally%20feel%20Monu%E2%80%99s%20blog%20shows%20her%20feisty%20nature%20and%20the%20way%20she%20writes%20is%20really%20youthful.%20Being%20a%20big%20fan%20of%20Pakistani%20food%20%E2%80%93%20by%20the%20way,%20this%20happens%20to%20be%20my%20third%20guest%20post%20for%20my%20neighbours,%20which%20is%20such%20an%20honour!%20:)%20-%20I%20have%20already%20bookmarked%20the%20Qubooli%20and%20Khoya%20Gajrela,%20which%20I%20am%20sure%20will%20be%20among%20one%20of%20the%20meals%20that%20I%20will%20cook%20sooner%20than%20later!%20I%20wish%20Mona%20many%20many%20years%20of%20happy%20blogging,%20with%20loads%20of%20yummy%20posts%E2%80%A6%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20is%20Rafeeda,%20who%20blogs%20at%20%E2%80%9CThe%20Big%20Sweet%20Tooth%E2%80%9D.%20I%20am%20an%20Indian%20by%20birth,%20but%20have%20lived%20literally%20all%20my%20life%20in%20the%20UAE.%20A%20working%20mother%20of%20two%20lovely%20daughters,%20cooking%20for%20me%20is%20a%20perfect%20stress%20relief%20after%20a%20really%20packed%20day.%20I%20love%20to%20cook%20a%20lot%20of%20sweet%20stuff,%20though%20I%20try%20to%20limit%20myself%20to%20smaller%20quantities%20so%20that%20it%20does%20not%20add%20on%20to%20whatever%20weight%20I%20am%20walking%20around%20with%20now!%20Hehe%E2%80%A6%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDeciding%20on%20what%20to%20give%20Monu%20was%20a%20task.%20Normally,%20I%20take%20the%20easy%20way%20out%20%E2%80%93%20desserts!%20Most%20of%20my%20guest%20posts%20happen%20to%20be%20desserts%20but%20this%20time,%20I%20wanted%20to%20be%20slightly%20different.%20Something%20more%20related%20to%20my%20state,%20my%20food%20and%20my%20family.%20Browsing%20through%20my%20drafts,%20I%20finalized%20on%20a%20simple%20gravy%20dish%20which%20is%20one%20of%20my%20favorites%20of%20my%20umma%E2%80%99s%20cooking.%20Rasam%20is%20a%20South-Indian%20watery%20gravy,%20normally%20served%20with%20rice%20or%20else%20had%20as%20soup.%20It%20is%20also%20served%20as%20a%20relief%20for%20throat%20aches%20and%20stomach%20upsets.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThere%20are%20people%20who%20have%20a%20glass%20of%20rasam,%20after%20a%20heavy%20meal%20as%20it%20settles%20a%20really%20heavy%20tummy!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20umma%20learned%20this%20rasam%20from%20one%20of%20her%20friends%20quite%20some%20time%20back%20and%20since%20then,%20she%20has%20been%20making%20it%20this%20way.%20Whenever%20she%20makes%20this,%20I%20am%20the%20last%20one%20to%20have%20rice,%20so%20that%20once%20my%20meal%20is%20done,%20I%20take%20the%20honour%20of%20cleaning%20up%20the%20bowl%20of%20the%20remaining%20rasam,%20that%20much%20I%20love%20this%20gravy.%20Sharing%20the%20way%20how%20she%20prepares%20it,%20and%20how%20I%20love%20it!%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETAMARIND%20RASAM%20RECIPE%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERecipe%20Courtesy:%20My%20umma%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMethod:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeat%20coconut%20oil%20in%20a%20chatti.%20Splutter%20the%20mustard%20seeds.%20Fry%20the%20dry%20chilies%20and%20curry%20leaves%20for%20a%20minute.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPound%20the%20shallots,%20ginger%20and%20garlic%20in%20a%20mortar%20and%20
