- Combine cumin, salt, cayenne pepper, cinnamon and cloves in smal bowl; reserve 1/2 tespoon cumin mix for Raita. Prepare Raita. Add in garlic, jalapeno pepper and ginger to remaining cumin mix in bowl. Place turkey in large bowl; drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle cumin mix over turkey; toss to coat. Thread turkey onto metal or possibly wooden skewers.
- (Soak wooden skewers in warm water 30 min to prevent burning.) Lightly oil warm grid to prevent sticking. Grill turkey on covered grill over medium-warm heat 7-12 min or possibly till turkey is no longer pink, turning once. Serve in pita breads, if you like, with Raita.
- Raita: Combine all ingredients plus reserved 1/2 tsp. cumin mix from Tandoori Turkey Kabobs in small bowl. Cover and chill till ready to serve.
