Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 x Onion, minced coarsely
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, minced fine
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Grnd coriander
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Grnd ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Ancho chili pepper, pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
  •     Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  • 2 c. Plain nonfat yogurt

  3. In a food processor, puree the onion and garlic. Process in the lemon and lime juice, add in spices and the yogurt and process to blend. Marinate the chicken breasts in this mix turning occasionally overnight in the refrigerator. Prepare a charcoal or possibly wood fire and let it burn down to embers. Remove the excess marinade and grill for 5 min on each side or possibly till done. Serve with Yogurt Cilantro sauce to taste.
