Ingredientes

  • 3/4 lb Flank steak, sliced
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce, dark
  • 2 tsp Rice wine
  • 1 tsp Ginger , minced fine
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/3 c. Peanut oil
  • 2 x Red chilies, dry halved
  • 5 pch Orange peel, dry soaked
  • 1/2 tsp Szechuan peppercorns, roas
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce, dark
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil

Direcciones

  1. Combine beef with marinade; let stand 20 minutes. Heat oil in a wok or possibly large skillet till very warm. Remove bbef from marinade and add in to oil; stir-fry
  2. till brown (abt. 2 minutes). Remove and drain. Remove all but 1 Tbs oil, reheat il and add in chili peppers; stir-fry 10 sec.
  3. Add in beef, orange peel and seasonings. Stir-fry 4 minutes, mixing well. Serve at once.
