Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce Cranberry sauce, canned
  • 1 1/2 c. Maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Mustard
  • 1 x Ham
  •     Whole cloves

Direcciones

  1. Fat side up, in a shallow roasting pan. Score fat in diamond pattern; stud with cloves. Insert meat thermometer. Bake in 325 F oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs or possibly till meat thermometer registers 130 F.
  2. In saucepan stir together cranberry sauce, maple syrup and mustard; simmer uncovered for 5 min. During last 30 min baking time for ham, spoon half of glaze over. Use remainider as a sauce.
  3. Makes 22/3 c. sauce.
