Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Jarred chopped garlic
  • 1/2 c. Frzn minced onion
  • 28 ounce Pasta-ready minced
  •     Tomatoes
  • 15 ounce Tomato sauce
  • 2 x 14oz cans
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced jalapeno peppers --
  •     Optional
  • 1/2 c. Shredded cheddar
  •     Fat free chicken broth

Direcciones

  1. In large dutch oven, heat oil over medium hi. Add in garlic and onion and cook for 1 minute. Add in tomatoes and sauce. Bring to a boil. Stir in broth and peppers and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 min. Just before serving, sprinkle with cheese and stir gently.
