Tangy Wings

These baked chicken wings will WOW you. They are a great crowd pleaser.

Ingredientes

  • 3 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbs. vegtable oil
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Direcciones

  1. pre heat oven to 350
  2. mix everything together
  3. put wings in a single layer, in non stick baking pan
  4. cover the wings with sauce
  5. bake @ 350 for 1 1/2 hours
  6. carefully flip every 30 minute and add more sauce.
