Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Beef boneless top round,
  •     Cubed
  • 2 med Onions, grated
  • 2 lrg Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 can (10 1/2 ounce.@) condensed
  •     Chicken broth
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
  • 7 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
  • 2 tsp Tabasco

Direcciones

  1. Cook beef in nonstick Dutch oven till brown; stir occasionally. Add in onions, garlic, broth and water. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hrs. Stir in tomato sauce, chili pwdr, cumin and pepper sauce. Cover and simmer 1 hour, adding additional water for desired consistancy.
