Ingredientes

  • 1 slc Cooked, cured wild pig ham, 2 inches thick
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Raisins
  • 1/2 c. Dry red wine

Direcciones

  1. Combine brown sugar and cornstarch; add in butter and water. Cook, stirring, for 3 min till sugar and cornstarch are dissolved and mix is smooth. Remove from heat and add in raisins and wine. Put ham slice into greased baking dish and cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
