Receta Tarragon Beef and Noodles

- Spray a large heavy pot with nonstick spray. Add meat and garlic and saute until brown.
- Add vinegar, sugar, broth, tarrogon, and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for 1 1/4 hours or until meat is tender. Add mushrooms and green onions; simmer 10 minutes more. Measure pan juices and add water to make 15 cups. Return juices to pot.
- Combine water and cornstarch. Stir into meat mixture. Cook noodles to al dente stage. Serve beef over noodles.
