Ingredientes

  • 15 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
  • 2 heads garlic, minced
  • 1 qt red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 gal salt-free beef broth
  • 3 Tbsp tarragon
  • 1/4 cup salt-reduced soy sauce
  • 5 lbs fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 4 cups green onions, minced
  • 1 pin water
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 5 lb noodles

Direcciones

  1. Spray a large heavy pot with nonstick spray. Add meat and garlic and saute until brown.
  2. Add vinegar, sugar, broth, tarrogon, and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for 1 1/4 hours or until meat is tender. Add mushrooms and green onions; simmer 10 minutes more. Measure pan juices and add water to make 15 cups. Return juices to pot.
  3. Combine water and cornstarch. Stir into meat mixture. Cook noodles to al dente stage. Serve beef over noodles.
