Tarragon Chicken with Peppers and Pasta

I found this recipe in a magazine I made it and now the family asks for it all the time

Ingredientes

  • 6 Tsp. Butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper rough chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper rough chopped
  • 1 orange bell pepper rough chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 Tsp tarragon flakes
  • 3/4 t salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup half and half
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • vermicelli pasta cooked according to directions

Direcciones

  1. In a skillet melt the butter.
  2. Cook onions, peppers, and garlic in the butter until tender remove and set aside.
  3. Add chicken to the same pan along with the tarragon, salt and papper cook until goldenand tender.
  4. Add the onions and peppers back to the pan.
  5. Pour in the half and half and both cheeses reduce heat and simmer till the cheese is melted.
  6. Add pasta and toos to coat and serve.
