Ingredientes

  • 250g flour
  • a little bake powder
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 butter
  • water
  • 400g preserved tomato cubes
  • 1 onion
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 100g black olives without kernels
  • 100g anchovis
  • black pepper
  • rosemary
  • a little sugar

Direcciones

  1. 1.Mix in a robot flour,butter,egg yolks,bake powder and water till isa dough.Put a little in the fridge.
  2. 2.Mix tomato cubes,oil,chopped onion and minced garlic,balsamic vinegar,sugar and black pepper and boil.Set aside.
  3. 3.Heat the oven.
  4. 4.In a smeared tray,lay the dough,put the tomato sauce,black olives,anchovis,rosemary and bake.
