Receta Tater Cakes

Ingredientes

Leftover mashed potatoes 1 egg

Salt and pepper to taste Minced onion, optional

Direcciones

1. Add in lowfat milk to thin down potatoes before cooking. Bring to a boil and add in flour till thickened. Stir in egg. Drop into warm oil and brown.
