Ingredientes

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 pound sharp cheddar, grated
  • 3/4 c. beer
  • Dash Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • Tomato slices
  • Toast

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in top of double boiler. Add in beer (minus 1 Tbsp.) and cheese. Mix seasonings with 1 Tbsp. beer and add in to cheese. Stir in egg. Serve over toast and tomato slices.
