Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Dry black beans
  •     Water
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1/8 tsp Coriander seed
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd raosted Mexican oregano
  • 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Diced tomato
  • 1/4 c. Diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp Minced jalapeno
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced cilantro leaves
  • 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Wash beans till clean; soak in hot water 6 hrs, drain, cover with fresh water & cook till soft. When done, mash beans coarsley and continue cooking over medium heat. Add in 1/2 c. water, cumin, coriander, oregano & garlic; cook 5 more min. Stir in tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lemon juice & salt. Serve as a dip with chips.
