Tempura Batter For Fish

Ingredientes

  • 3/8 c. flour
  • 1/8 c. cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Direcciones

  1. Separate large eggs. Beat white till frothy and light. Don't overbeat, white should be very liquid and shouldn't reach a stage where a peak will hold.Fold all ingredients together and beat only till smooth.
  2. Dip fish in flour, then dip into tempura batter. Fry in hot oil.
  3. Serves 4.
