Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 1/2 tsp Morton's Tender Quick
  • 1 tsp Liquid Barbecue Smoke
  • 3/4 tsp Course black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Next devide it in half. next roll it out into a slender roll about 1 1/2 inch rolls. Next wrap the rolls in plastic and put in the frig. over night. after the over night .. take it out of the frig and unwrap and place on broiler pan and place in a 200 degree oven. Turn 1/4 turn evey 30 min for the next 3 to 4 hrs.
  2. Store wrapped in the frig.... This is a great snack with some of those round crackers or possibly with some beverage of choice.
