%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emuch%20of%20any%20veggie%20you%20would%20like%20to%20use.%20I%20used%20half%20of%20a%20broccoli%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ecrown,%20chopped,%204%20mushrooms%20chopped,%201/2%20of%20a%20small%20red%20onion%20,%20sliced%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethinly%20and%20one%20carrot%20shaved%20into%20strips%20with%20my%20veggie%20peeler.%20You%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ecould%20also%20add%20peas,%20snow%20peas,%20green%20onion,%20peppers,%20bean%20sprouts,%20or%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eanything%20else%20you%20might%20have%20around.%20Its%20a%20good%20way%20to%20use%20up%20leftovers%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eand%20bits%20of%20things.%20The%20ratio%20of%20noodles%20to%20veggies%20is%20about%201/3%20veggies%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eto%202/3%20noodles.%20Its%20not%20meant%20to%20be%20a%20veggie%20dish%20but%20of%20course%20you%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ecould%20do%20that%20if%20you%20wish.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAlso%201/4c.%20peanut%20butter.%20Recipes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eseem%20to%20call%20for%20smooth%20but%20I%20had%20organic%20crunchy%20here%20and%20I%20liked%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELittle%20bits%20of%20nuts%20throughout%20the%20mix%20were%20delish.%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFirst%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Etake%20remainder%20of%20marinade%20and%20add%20the%20peanut%20butter.%20Again%20put%20in%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emicrowave%20for%20two%20minutes%20to%20melt%20the%20peanut%20butter%20and%20make%20it%20easier%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eto%20whisk%20into%20the%20sauce.%20Taste%20this.%20I%20found%20my%20peanut%20butter%20took%20away%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esome%20of%20the%20sweetness%20so%20I%20added%20a%20tsp.%20of%20sugar%20to%20it%20to%20balance%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESince%20this%20was%20fresh%20organic%20butter%20that%20may%20have%20had%20something%20to%20do%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewith%20it%20so%20taste%20and%20adjust%20to%20what%20you%20think%20you%20would%20like.%20However%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eyou%20don't%20want%20it%20really%20sweet,%20just%20a%20hint.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20chopped%20veggies.%20Better%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eto%20do%20this%20all%20at%20once%20so%20the%20stir%20fry%20goes%20quickly.%20Once%20these%20are%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Echopped,%20check%20pork%20chops.%20They%20should%20be%20about%20half%20done%20by%20now%20and%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ebrowning%20nicely.%20Take%20out%20of%20oven%20and%20turn%20them%20over%20and%20return%20to%20oven%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Etill%20the%20noodle%20mix%20is%20done.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20a%20tb%20or%20so%20of%20vegetable%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eoil%20in%20a%20pan.%20I%20have%20a%20stir%20fry%20wok%20pot%20but%20you%20could%20use%20a%20fry%20pan%20too.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGet%20the%20oil%20really%20hot%20then%20add%20the%20broccoli.%20Stir%20and%20let%20cook%20a%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eminute.%20Then%20add%20the%20carrot%20strips%20and%20cook%202%20min.%20more.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20the%20onions%20and%20mushrooms%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esince%20these%20don't%20need%20as%20much%20time%20to%20cook.%20(%20here's%20where%20you%20would%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eadd%20snow%20peas,%20peas,%20sprouts,%20peppers,%20etc.%20since%20they%20don't%20take%20long%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eto%20cook).%20If%20it%20looks%20like%20it%20might%20need%20a%20bit%20more%20oil,%20add%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMushrooms%20absorb%20it%20fast.%20Cook%20till%20mushrooms%20look%20like%20they%20are%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Estarting%20to%20shrink.%20Then%20add%20pasta%20and%20stir%20well%20to%20heat%20thru.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPut%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20marinade%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewith%20the%20peanut%20butter%20on%20the%20noodle%20mix%20and%20stir%20in%20well%20and%20heat%20thru%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Etill%20sauce%20thickens.%20Check%20the%20chops,%20they%20should%20be%20done%20about%20now%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eunless%20they%20were%20thick%20ones.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETo%20serve,%20put%20some%20noodle%20mix%20on%20a%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eplate%20and%20top%20with%20chopped%20cilantro%20(or%20green%20onion%20if%20you%20like).%20Top%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewith%20pork%20chop%20and%20any%20juices%20in%20the%20pan.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
