Ingredientes

  • 1 x 3-lb. round steak 1 1/2" thick, cubed
  • 1 can (15 1/4 ounce.) can pineapple chunks, liquid removed
  • 8 ounce Small whole fresh mushrooms, cleaned
  • 3 med Onions, quartered and separated
  • 2 med Green peppers, cut into pcs
  • 1 pt Cherry tomatoes
  •     Teriyaki Marinade
  •     Warm Cooked RIce
  • 1 c. Firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2/3 c. Catsup
  • 2/3 c. Vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
  • 6 x Cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tsp Grnd ginger

Direcciones

  1. Prepare vegetables and meat; place all but tomatoes in large shallow baking dish. Pour Teriyaki Marinade on top. Marinate overnight; stir occasionally.
  2. Skewer marinated ingredients with tomatoes. Grill or possibly broil to desired doneness; brush with marinade during cooking. Serve over Rice.
  3. For Teriyaki Marinade: In medium bowl, combine ingredients; mix well.
  4. Teriyaki Marinade is also delicious when used to marinade pork chops or possibly chicken.
