- Cut steak into 3/4-inch cubes. Combine other ingredients and put in a dish with a cover. Add in steak cubes and marinate for at least 30 to 40 min.
- Spear meat with fondue fork and cook in warm oil till as done as desired.
- Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
