Ingredientes

  • Tex-Mex Spicy Rice
  • 2 TBS Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 2 - 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 tsp of Cumino & 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 can Chicken Broth (1-1/2 to 2cups)
  • 2 cups more Water (enough to cover the Rice)
  • 2 to 3 Large Very Ripe Tomatoes Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Honey Sweet Onion.
  • 1 or 2 Fresh Roasted New Mexico Green Chilles (Peeled/Chopped)
  • 1 Chunk (about 1/2 cup) White Hot Pepper Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves only (stems bitter)
  • Few dashes of Tabasco Hot Sauce of desired taste

Direcciones

  1. Fry Rice in oil til grains swell larger white. DO NOT SCOURCH.
  2. Add Chicken Broth and Water,, then stir in spices
  3. Cover and adjust heat to Med/low to Simmer and Cover with Lid.
  4. Do NOT STIR ANYMORE...
  5. LET COOK TILL JUICES ASBORBE.
  6. Remove from heat..
  7. Fuff with a fork and serve.
