Ingredientes

  • 10 ounce Spinach
  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • 1/2 x Onion
  • 6 1/2 ounce Crabmeat
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan

Direcciones

  1. Thaw spinach. Squeeze water from spinach and set aside. Preheat oven to 350. Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Chop onion.
  2. Add in spinach and onion and saute/fry till onion is translucent/soft, stirring frequently, about 5 min. Add in crabmeat and Parmesan, stirring well to blend. Transfer spinach mix to 1-quart casserole and bake 15-20 min. Or possibly transfer mix to crockpot to keep hot, stirring occasionally. Can be served warm or possibly cool with crackers.
  3. Makes 1/2 c. per "serving"
